RETURN, REFUND &CANCELLATION POLICY
1.    RETURN POLICY
RBORY Cosmetics offers its customers ‘Easy Return Policy’, but return of the product takes place only under few conditions, if
1.    Product is damaged/ defective product
2.    Incorrect item is delivered

3. replacement or exchange will be delivered with in 5 to 10 business days
4.    Use or open sealed product
5.    Damage in transit of the goods
       Before starting the complaint process, follow the following process-
•    Make an unboxing video of the parcel you received as a proof, blur video will not be accepted.
•    Inform us by support@rborycosmetic.inwithin 48 hours of the product delivered with order ID details and unboxing video with invoice for our reference.
•    We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process once the products are received in their original packaging with their seal, labels and barcodes intact.
•    The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.

In case of replacement of the product,
•    The replaced product will be assigned after the order picked up within 2-4 business days.
•    Replacement of the product is subject to its availability in the stock, if it is not available then refund will be initiated to the customer’s bank account.

Note-
If the return process for damage/ defect in the item not take place within 48 hours of delivery, then we will not be held responsible for failure of return or replacement of the product.


2.     REFUND POLICY
•    Refund for the product will be processed only after the return product is examined. 
•    Refund for the product will be credited into the customer’s bank account within 5-7 business days. 
•    If the return product does not match with the complaint, then refund will not be processed.
•    Refund amount excludes shipping charges (unless the product is defective).

3.    CANCELLATION POLICY
An order can be cancelled only if has not been shipped yet. In case you change your mind, you can cancel the product within 2 hours of order placement. You can contact us via the support@rborycosmetic.in(Mon - Fri: 10 am to 6 PM), and we will help you in cancelling the order.

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 24 hrs to cancel the order. You will be notified of the same by email.

In such cases, the order will be canceled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse (Applicable only in the case where you have raised the cancellation request within 2 hours of order placement)

Note: Any single product in the kit/set cannot be replaced or returned.
